Polyostotic Pagets disease resistance tobiphosphonatestreated with denosumab. Case report

Abstract
A case of a 85 years old woman with polyostotic Paget's disease treated with bisphosphonates for several years (pamidronate, zoledronate and ibandronate) is presented. However, after the schemes received persisted with active disease, clinically symptomatic and high bone alkaline phosphatase, then was decided to indicate an alternative antiresorptive treatment with denosumab.and good therapeutic response and without adverse effects.
